๐ŸŒฟ Family-Owned ยท College Park, FL

Landscaping is in our roots.
Literally.

Three generations of landscape knowledge, planted right here in Central Florida โ€” and now growing in the neighborhood we call home.

The family legacy behind every project

Landscaping isn't something I learned from a certification course or a YouTube channel. It's something I grew up watching, helping with, and absorbing for decades. My family's connection to the land and landscape work goes back generations โ€” and that foundation is in every walkthrough I do, every plant I select, every bed I build.

That generational knowledge matters. I know which Florida plants are genuinely low-maintenance vs. which ones nurseries just push. I know how to read soil and drainage before a single shovel hits the ground. I know the difference between a landscape that looks good in photos and one that actually thrives year after year.

When you hire College Park Landscaping, you're not getting a franchise crew or a guy who switched careers last spring. You're getting someone who has been doing this their entire life โ€” and who cares deeply about the neighborhood we both live in.

Who you're working with

Hi, I'm Skyler.

I live right here in College Park with my wife Victoria and our son Bennett. This isn't a job I commute to โ€” this is my neighborhood, my community, and now my business.

Beyond the landscaping roots, I spent 10+ years in marketing and analytics, which gave me a skill that translates surprisingly well to outdoor design: I'm really good at seeing potential and building a system to bring it to life. When I look at your front yard, I don't just see what's there โ€” I see what it could become, and I can map out exactly how to get there.

I started College Park Landscaping because I wanted to build something creative that genuinely serves our community. Not a cookie-cutter operation. Not a rotating crew that's never met you. Something personal โ€” where you work directly with the person who designs, plans, and builds your landscape.

My approach: walk your property together, identify the 2โ€“3 highest-impact changes, design before we touch anything, and execute clean. You'll see exactly what you're getting before a single shovel hits the ground.

Why local + family-owned matters

01

I Know What Works in College Park

The sun patterns, the soil types, the microclimates. Years of observation โ€” plus a lifetime of landscape knowledge โ€” mean your plants will actually flourish, not just look good the day of install.

02

I Design for the Neighborhood's Character

College Park has historic homes, mature trees, and real architectural variety. I design landscapes that fit the character here โ€” not generic suburban templates imported from somewhere else.

03

You Work with Me, Start to Finish

No sales rep who hands you off to a crew. No project manager playing telephone. Just direct communication with the person who designs, selects every plant, and personally installs your landscape.

04

Long-Term Thinking, Not Turnover

I'm not racing to the next subdivision. I live here. I'll see how your landscape matures over time, and I'm genuinely available when you want to expand, adjust, or ask questions years from now.
